I started with the 35 pounder, and at the time, I was such a wimp, I could barely lift it overhead for 3 reps. But now I'm working on the 70 pounder after 44, 53, and 62. My goal is to get up to the bulldog at 88lbs. These bells are the most fun I've ever had during a workout, excuse me, training "practice".
